1. Information We Collect. We collect personal information you voluntarily provide: name, email, phone, military branch, VA disability rating, and conditions. We do not collect Social Security numbers, VA login credentials, or financial account information.

2. How We Use It. To provide education and coaching services; communicate about your inquiry; send relevant content (with consent); improve services; comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing. We may share with: service providers under confidentiality agreements; legal authorities when required; with your written consent.

4. Security. We use industry-standard measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure document handling, and access controls.

5. Document Handling. Documents you share are handled confidentially, stored securely, used solely for coaching, and destroyed after a reasonable retention period.

6. Your Rights. Access, correct, delete your information; opt out of marketing; withdraw consent anytime.

7. Cookies. We may use cookies and analytics. You may disable cookies in browser settings.

8. Children. Services not directed to individuals under 18.

1. Nature of Services. VA Ratings Prime provides general education, coaching, and consulting. We are NOT a law firm, VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. We do not file, submit, or prosecute claims on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. We cannot guarantee any specific rating or compensation amount. Our satisfaction guarantee (10% increase or monthly pay increase, or refund) is defined exclusively in your signed service agreement.

3. Educational Purpose. All materials are for general educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, medical, or financial advice.

4. Client Responsibilities. You are responsible for: accuracy of information provided; filing your own claim; attending C&P exams; making your own claim decisions.

5. Payment & Refund. Defined in your individual service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

7. Confidentiality. All client information treated as confidential per our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property. All materials are our IP. Personal use only.

9. Free Alternatives. Free assistance available from VSOs (DAV, VFW, American Legion), accredited agents, and attorneys at va.gov/ogc/apps/accreditation.
