The 40% gate is “regulation of activities” — a documented medical need to limit strenuous activity, not just a lifestyle choice. Complications (peripheral neuropathy, retinopathy, kidney disease, ED) are rated separately and often outvalue the diabetes rating itself. Type 2 diabetes is an Agent Orange presumptive.

1. Nature of Services. Ratings Prime provides general education, coaching, and consulting. We are NOT a law firm, VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. We do not file, submit, or prosecute claims on your behalf.
