Every mental health condition — PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic disorder and others — is rated under the same General Rating Formula for Mental Disorders (38 CFR § 4.130). The VA looks at your overall occupational and social impairment, not your diagnosis. The listed symptoms are examples, not a checklist: the rating should reflect the level your symptoms most closely approximate.

5. Document Handling. Documents you share are handled confidentially, stored securely, used solely for coaching, and destroyed after a reasonable retention period.

1. Nature of Services. Ratings Prime provides general education, coaching, and consulting. We are NOT a law firm, VA-accredited claims agent, attorney, or VSO. We do not file, submit, or prosecute claims on your behalf.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes. We cannot guarantee any specific rating or compensation amount. Our satisfaction guarantee (10% increase or monthly pay increase, or refund) is defined exclusively in your signed service agreement.
